Just a terrific location. Really really great area. Walk to everything. The apartment isn't huge but that's big city life. Light and bright. Beautifully done kitchen. Very quiet (top floor). Very well stocked. Comfy queen size bed. Movein was very easy with coded locks. We would most definitely stay again.

The neighborhood was great and the apartment clean. Would definately stay there again. Brian was very flexible. My husband dumped the bags there without confirming first (before check in) and even after a lot of inconvenience for him, our host was very understanding.

I come to D.C. monthly for work and I'm always pleased when one of Brian's units in this building is available. Clean, quiet and an ideal location if you need to be near the Capitol complex. Highly recommend it.

What can I say? It's gorgeously done and I can't see how you could get any better location. We would most certainly stay here again. You walk out the front door of the building and the Supreme Court if across the street. The entire National Mall starts right there. Amazing restaurants are an easy walk right down the block to Massachusetts Avenue. It may not be a huge place but it's more than enough for two people. It's got really high ceilings and the kitchen is amazing. The owner was very response and even has a personalized Google map with recommendations for restaurants and things like that.

The place was great in a awesome location for sightseeing and eating. It was beautifully decorated and had everyone you would need.

Highly recommend this clean, well appointed property that has everything you need for a great trip in D.C. The location is safe, walking distance to many restaurants and perfect for the National Mall experience. Luis, the property manager, was wonderful to deal with and went beyond our expectations before and throughout our stay. Will definitely be back!

This apartment is literally across the street from the Supreme Court, so location is perfect. The place is quiet, has all the amenities, and Brian and Luis are lovely and very attentive hosts. I would stay here again.

Great location right across from Supreme Court, with various restaurants available in several nearby neighborhoods, and place is exactly as described and photos.

Property is located in convenient, safe area. We travel with out dog, so we are always concerned about finding areas where we can take them out to do their business. There are areas very close to this rental to take your dog out. I always felt safe walking my dog around the area of the Capital Building, no matter what time it was.
