The apartment is right behind the Supreme Court building, and is perfect for sight-seeing and traveling up and down the mall. It is an easy walk to a couple of different Metro stations, and the city bike share program. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants near by that are phenomenal. The accommodations themselves are very clean and well kept. The building is older, and has the characteristics of an older building that has been retrofitted for newer technologies. The bed is very, very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to store luggage and clothing. The air conditioning had already been turned off in the building, and it was a little warmer than comfortable one night, but the other nights were fine. We did not feel the apartment was muggy, as some other reviews have stated. The apartment is very quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with the appropriate equipment. Brian was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Would absolutely book again.

This was my first furnished housing stay, and I have to say, it was amazing! Brian's team communicated everything clearly and had detailed instructions for everything I needed to know. The place was clean and comfortable. I loved the keyless check-in! Such a no-hassle process. Would happily stay in any property Brian managed.

This was a good value and there were more amenities than I would have expected-- Great kitchen, good value, smooth easy interaction with Brian, and everything was as expected. The linens were particularly nice. I'd recommend this as an option for anyone who needs practical suite accommodations for work on the hill.

Brian was a fantastic host. He was responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment was in an incredible location and was well taken care of, and was well stocked with amenities. I can't imagine how it could have been any better. Next time I'm in DC I'll definitely stay here again!

This is a great place - very close to everything DC - right across from Supreme Courthouse! It's cute, has all the needed amenities, very clean, and just perfect for a couple day stay or a longer stay, if you're in town for a longer time. I'd definitely stay here again!

The apartment was nicely appointed, thick towels and crisp sheets. Brian's welcome letter included everything you might have questions about and he checked in to make sure we were comfortable. The location can't be beat, one block from all the federal office buildings in one direction and a beautiful residential neighborhood in the other direction.

Brain was a great host. He was very accommodating, attentive, and friendly. Answered our questions almost immediately. The nice apartment in this historical building was perfect for us. I think its THE closest residence of any kind to the capitol building. Pleasant quiet safe neighborhood.

The location and view at Brian’s place is unreal. Literally, 15 steps east of the front door will give you the most beautiful view of the Capitol. Metro stations are close by in multiple directions and it is incredibly quiet in and around the building. Great and convenient stay.
