I still can't believe what an amazing find this spot was...super cute, clean, comfortable and literally minutes away from the capitol. It made early morning lobbying meetings incredibly easy - and was so nice to come "home" and relax after a long day of work. Brian and his staff were very on point and communicative, made my trip a breeze. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in DC.

Stellar location!!! Brian's home is perfectly located for exploring DC...amazing sights are within a short walk, some less than 5 minutes. The kitchen is fully equipped and the corner market (about a three minute walk) has an eclectic mix from fresh vegetables to boxed mac and cheese. I highly recommend Brian's place for travelers or workers!

I was so happy to have a Capitol Hill Stay studio apartment as my home base--my needs were covered and the locale was ideal! I was able to walk everywhere and, thanks to the awesome bike share system, I hopped on a bicycle when my feet needed a break. This neighborhood on Capitol Hill is full of quaint row houses and within reach of many great restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again on my next trip to D.C.!

Reservation process was simple and straight forward. Great communication prior to stay. Check in was easy. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Location is perfect if you are working or sightseeing in Washington DC.

The apt was a cozy haven.. Being located only a block and hslf from the Supreme Court Bldg, and 3 blocks from the Capitol Bldg and the mall was amazing. It was fun to be located in a real neighborhood setting and we felt absolutely safe walking around. The studio apt was just the right size for a couple. The bed was very comfortable! Would highly recommend.

This property is in the perfect location to explore the DC sites, just a short walk away. The bed was super comfortable, and the unit was well appointed. Enjoyed a greasy spoon breakfast just around the corner, out of the hustle and bustle (Jimmy T's). We loved walking out the door into the cute, quiet neighborhood - great alternative to a hotel. One minor complaint was that there was only about a third of a roll of toilet paper in the unit, with no back up supply. It seems they could have provided a back up roll....not a huge deal..and would not keep me from recommending this unit. Overall a great stay!

Really glad you enjoyed your stay. We start out every apartment with enough supplies to get people going so they don't have to shop immediately on arrival. Very sorry our usually VERY good maid crew didn't fully stock for this one. We would have been happy to provide more if we had known.

We rented this apartment for my son who interned on Capitol Hill for the summer 2017. It was a perfect place. It is in a very safe area and only a 10 minute walk (or less) to the Capitol building (just a couple of blocks!). It has a washer, dryer, and all the kitchen amenities you would need. The tv and internet worked well. The area has a dry cleaners, church, small grocery stores and several restaurants to choose from nearby. It was quiet. It is also a short walk to Union Station for the metra, if needed! If you are coming to tour the sites, it is an easy walk to the Mall and museums. The furthest point would be the Lincoln Memorial about 2.5- 3 miles walk away. The main Mall and Newseum are a 15-20 min walk. It is in a great location! Overall, I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to book with Brian again. Stayed June and July 2017

I had a wonderful stay at Brian's place - it's well-situated in a quiet, residential area, within walking distance to shops. The apartment itself was spacious, with a fully-equipped kitchen and amenities, and was very comfortable and sparkling clean with linens, etc. Brian was also extremely helpful and accommodating and was always available for questions. I'd highly recommend staying here!
