Charming two bedroom, open floor plan apartment. Beautiful English basement in corner building. Windows on three sides. Gorgeous kitchen, Bath with jetted tub and marble floors Across the street from Stanton Park with great restaurants around the corner. One block to corner store, Three blocks to Union Station and Metro. Stanton Park is very popular with dog owners and has a very nice playground (maintained by the National Park Service). The US Senate Daycare is across the street. There are two US Capitol Police officers stationed literally forty feet from this apartment at all times.

Queen bed in main bedroom.  Full size futon in second bedroom.   

This is an ideal social distancing property.  Separate private entrance .  Separate heat/ac/ventilation.  Outdoor patio is shared by upstairs property but is rarely used.   Stanton Park directly across street is great for easy outdoor exercise.

Blazing fast fiber optic internet.  The fastest residential service available in DC.  Up to 1 gig (an HD Zoom group call requires 3 mbps so this is hundreds of times faster).
