My wife and I have been to DC four times and we try a new location every time. This time we did great. This condo is great with everything you need. It's not huge but plenty for two people for a couple days or week or so. SUPER location. We lost count of all the great restaurants within minutes (try Matchbox) and best part is it's owned by a VERY responsive guy. Bonus is he's a veteran and I love supporting fellow veterans. Bed was very comfortable and WIFI was very fast.

This is maybe the most exciting area in DC. Countless great restaurants and nightlife. Literally countless. No need for a car here since you can walk to probably 100 restaurants and shops and such. This apartment is small but it's very bright, has high ceilings and good light. Very clean. Well stocked. Wifi was really fast. Was a little confusing getting the key from the lockbox but that could be because I'd been on a twelve hour flight back to the US and it was 11 pm. Owner was very responsive and had good tips on restaurants.

My wife and I rented this studio while visiting our son and daughter-in-law. Very clean and well maintained apartment. Excellent location close to metro, restaurants and bars, groceries at Trader Joe's, and to almost anything else you might need. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, and items to cook and eat in when you do not wish to go out. Owner kept in touch to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend this highly, and would definitely rent again if available during our trips to D.C.

Our stay at Brian's place was unexpected because our original booking was cancelled less than 2 weeks before our trip. He was very accommodating and helpful with ensuring we had a place to stay. We are also very appreciative that he was willing to push back our check in time so we didn't have to spend 8 hours in the airport. The studio itself was very cute and clean, easy to access, and very close to a lot of neat stores/restaurants/bars. I would definitely recommend Brian's place to friends in the future. Thanks so much for making a stressful situation way better!

Brian and partner were extremely helpful, hospitable, and courteous. Everything from check-in to check-out was absolutely perfect. They are great communicators. The apartment is in great shape, and is in one of the best fun areas of DC. Very good value all round. You won't go wrong if you choose this option for your DC Airbnb experience.

Brian place was a wonderful experience. The place itself was super clean and a beautiful stylish place. Location was perfect close to everything you needed. Neighborhood was very welcoming, very friendly and polite neighbors. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely perfect stay. I stayed here for 2 weeks while WFH and apartment hunting. The building is old but quiet // very quiet considering the neighborhood is bustling with amazing restaurants and cute shops within walking distance. It’s a small studio but the high ceilings make it feel so much bigger. The studio was spotless. I would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful hospitality!

The studio on 15th St is really well equipped, nothing fancy but very comfortable, quiet and a very good location - bars, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport are within a couple of minutes walk. It was the perfect place to stay while I found my own place and got to know the neighbourhood. The management were super responsive and resolved the minor issues I had immediately.
