Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Private backyard patio (completely fenced, so perfect for a dog). Upstairs is an open bedroom with queen bed, great workspace area with desk, and large closet. Nicely tiled bath with tub/shower. Parking MAY be available directly in front (inquire about availability). Very few of these remain in DC.  Many were torn down decades ago. 

Blazing Fast Internet! Perfect for working from home.  1 gig fiber optic wifi and hardwired ethernet (an HD group Zoom call takes 3 mbps so this is hundreds of times faster).  This is the fastest residential internet speed available in DC.

Since every booking is different the rates listed are an approximation. Rates are based on length of stay, specific dates needed, amenities requested, etc. Rates may be higher or lower than those shown. Bookings less than 91 days are subject to the DC lodging tax of 15.95%.

Late spring and summer are the 'high season' very high demand months, moreso this year than ever before as this is the first year that many federal agencies and private employers are bringing people back to DC, and they are making up for lost productivity during Covid. Most furnished housing providers in DC will only take bookings for three months or longer during these months. We will do less, but the rates do go up. And generally we try to match an incoming booking with an apartment that is available within a week or so of the requested date. For instance if you are seeking a month rental in July we would want to match your request with a property available in very late June or July 1.
